Comments:

Client was previously regularized on The Brand Partnership (Pvt) Ltd. 

Initially we had received Final NOC by the agency "The Brand Partnership (Pvt) Ltd" which was declared as a mistake by Mr. Noman Nabi then the agency issued provisional NOC till July 27, 2017 and now client has appointed "Evernew Concepts (Pvt) Ltd" for their The Centrium.

Outstanding dues reported for the clearance month of March & April 2017 which was not due. Oustanding dues and GST reported by member broadcasters are as follows:

GEO TV reported dues Rs 277,830/- (payment has been made in the clearance period of March 2017)

Dunya TV reported dues Rs 749,700/- GST Rs 141,120/- (payment has been made in the clearance period of March 2017)

Express News reported dues Rs 561,156/- (payment has been made in the clearance period of March 2017)

Scan copy of documents received & original documents are in transit. Original documents not received i.e. Clients Appointment Letter and Bank Account Maintenance Certificate.

So the above client may be provisionally regularized till July 27, 2017 as per provisional NOC.
