Comments: Client was previsously regularized under Eiman AD and it had now appointed Future Vision.
PBA had requested NOC of Emian AD as it was previously regularized under its panel. We had regularized the said client under Future VIsion panel on false assurances by Futuer Vision that the client had not previously appointed any advertising agency. 
After going through our records it was confirmed that the client had indeed appointed Eiman AD and the same was shared to Future Vision on Saturday July 12, 2017.
Despite several reminders NOC was not provided by the new agency.
Client may be delisted from Future Vision panel.
