Comments:Client previously fully regularized with agency "Oktopus 360 Media".

Now client has appointed TNI Communications.

As per our request to provide NOC from previous agency i.e. "Oktopus 360 Media", client have issued undertaken that they have cleared all their dues, and ask previou agency to provide us NOC but not provided.

Outstanding email circulated to member broadcaster and previous agency. 

Dunya TV had first reported invoice amount of Rs. 156,247/- then Dunya TV had withdrawn complaint as PDC's have received against outstanding share.

GEO TV had reported WHT challan receivables of Rs. 6,575/- which was forwarded to previous agency and communicated to provide WHT challans to member broadcaster.

Original documents received.

Furthermore previous agency i.e. "Oktopus 360 Media" email us and communicated that client have cleared all their dues.(attached).

Several reminders sent to previous agency to either provide WHT challans or make payment of said WHT amount to member broadcaster GEO TV Network and agency ensure us to clear the matter soon.

So client may be provisionally regularized till November 30, 2017.
