Comments: Client has now appointed Spider 360 Media (Pvt.) Ltd and now asking us to replace their current agency to Spider 360 Media only on PBA Website. Client is currently provisionally regularized on Revolution Media from March 4, 2016 Till Mar 12, 2016.

Kindly note that We have only received a letter from Client requesting us to move their current agency to Spider 360 Media. We have not received any NOC from Revolution Media for Spider 360 Media. Instead of NOC, we have received a cheque of Rs. 2,80,000/= against the airing from 4th March 2016 to 7th March 2016 as discussed with Secretary General.

Dues email has been circulated to channels and agency including Revolution Media. Matter has been discussed with Executive director and Secretary General. On the instructions of Secretary General, client is now being moved to Spider 360 Media (Pvt.) Ltd and is being provisionally regularized Till March 12, 2016.

Dues reported by City 42 & Geo TV Network. The client stated that they had cleared the dues of its previous agency, however Blitz Advertising (Pvt.) Limited has also reported outstanding amounting to Rs. 21,550,610/-.
