Comments: No dues reported against TCL Electronics Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited however Midas (Pvt.) Ltd. Lahore has claimed Rs. 15,559,379 against TCL Electronics Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd/Dynasel. Dynasel (Pvt.) Limited was suspended by PBA on Nov 29, 2014 upon non payment of dues of Midas (Pvt) Ltd.
TCL Electronics Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited is a separated legal entity as claimed by Jillani & Co in thier document and all dues are against Dynasel and not with TCL Electronics Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. To resolve this issue meeting was also called in PBA secretariat on Feb 8, 2015.
On the instructions of Secretary General, client is being regularized till March 31, 2016.
