| Comments: NOC not received from its previous agency Orient Communications (Pvt) Ltd. undertaking is received from client and its current appointed agency Oktopus360 Media (Pvt) Ltd to clear the all legal dues. Cheque against the reported dues has been received in PBA which is to be held in trust till the reconciliation of the dues & GST. The client may be provisionally regularized till the reconciliation. The client is coming to PBA on February 8th 2015. A Further request for extension received from Mr Nadeem Alvi (Oktopus 360 Media). The client will come for reconciliation in PBA on February 11, 2015. The client failed to come on the afore mentioned date and was so expired. The client is currently provisionally regularized till April 31, 2016. The requirement advised by tax consultant has been communicated to the agency today. |
