| Comments: NOC received from its former agency Blitz Advertising from March 13, 2016 till April 05, 2016. Case overview: Client appointed Revolution Media and we received NOC from its previous agency Blitz Advertsing for 8 days. After 3 days, client appointed Spider 360 Media and ask us to replace Revolution Media with Spider 360 Media on PBA Website but we didnt received NOC from Revolution Media. Instead of NOC, we have received a cheque of Rs. 2,80,000/= against the airing from 4th March 2016 to 7th March 2016 as discussed with Secretary General. Dues email has been circulated to channels and agency including Revolution Media. Matter has been discussed with Executive director and Secretary General. On the instructions of Secretary General, client is being provisionally regularized Till April 05, 2016. Dues reported by City 42 & Geo TV Network. The client stated that they had cleared the dues of its previous agency, however Blitz Advertising (Pvt.) Limited has also reported outstanding amounting to Rs. 9443363 |
