Comments: The client already had 5 agencies on its pannel. 1- Adetude, 2- Linkers, 3- Creative Junction, 4- Orient Communications, 5- Oktopus 360. The letter to replace Linkers with MediaOne Communications was received from client yesterday, however the letter was rejected by Secretary General PBA. Senior Manager Clearance was contacted by Executive Director and the ED communicated that he has discussed the issue with SG and that DGPR has cleared all the dues of Linkers so MediaOne can be allowed to release the campaign of Department.
